Return and Cancellation Policy: The customer has the right to return or exchange within the first 24 hours of receiving the nuts, provided that the nuts have not been used, opened, or benefited from, and the consumer bears the resulting costs. The customer also has the right to request compensation or replacement if the nuts arrive damaged or defective due to the delivery process, or if an incorrect order is received, provided that the objection is made within the first 24 hours of receiving the order. Al-Firdaws Nuts has the right to request proof of this damage or defect. (In case of electronic payment) The customer is not entitled to cancel the order or request a refund after delaying receipt of the order beyond 5 full attempts to deliver it to their city after the order has left for delivery. The customer can return the order if a return is requested immediately upon the order’s arrival to their city. The customer has the right to cancel the order and request a return, subject to the following conditions: Return Conditions: 1- All returned products must be in good condition, with original labels and packaging. 2- Return must be within 24 hours of receiving the nuts. 3- Partial return or only some items from the order is not accepted; only full order returns are accepted. Return Method: 1- Contact us through customer service only via email: [email protected], or directly via WhatsApp with the Al-Firdaws Nuts team at 0538196959. 2- We will provide you with the full address of Al-Firdaws Nuts to resend the nuts back through the shipping company that delivered the order. 3- After verifying the nuts arrive in good condition, the order will be replaced or the amount refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days. 4- The customer bears the cost of shipping both ways, and the amount refunded will be minus the shipping fee of 46 including tax. 5- The allowed trial weight is 20 grams maximum; any request using more than 20 grams will not be accepted. Cancellation Conditions: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the paid amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days after the shipment returns to Al-Firdaws Nuts warehouses. Cancellation Method: 1- Contact us through customer service via email: [email protected] or directly via WhatsApp with the Al-Firdaws Nuts team at 0538196959. 2- After verifying the return of the nuts, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-14 working days. We do not accept returns of damaged orders due to misuse or if a large part has been eaten, and we reserve the right to approve or reject returns of products that do not meet the above standards. From the moment the shipment is received, the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, also counting 5 additional working days in case of emergency. If the customer requests cancellation within this period, they bear the shipping costs. In case the order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the expected delivery, the customer has the right to cancel without costs, and Al-Firdaws Nuts will cover the shipping costs. (This condition is canceled if the order has been delivered to the customer and not received.)
